Those that are not too complex and can be assessed from images with a loss adjuster's guidance: water damage and damp, broken glass, mirrors or ceramic hobs, electrical damage and other straightforward damage. Because the loss adjuster knows in advance where to look, they guide the policyholder to film exactly what is needed. Complex claims still require an in-person visit.
